This information allows us to curate a personalized job description, attracting the best possible candidates to be a match for you.

Personalized Matching
Based on the insights from our consultation, we meticulously select candidates from our pool of highly qualified nannies and candidates responding to the job posting. We consider factors such as experience, skill set, personality, and compatibility to ensure a perfect match for your family.

Thorough Vetting
Every candidate in our network undergoes an extensive vetting process. This includes in-depth interviews, reference checks, background checks, and verification of qualifications and certifications. We only present candidates who meet our stringent standards of excellence and trustworthiness.

Candidate Presentation
We provide you with a selection of candidates who align with your criteria. You will receive detailed profiles and have the opportunity to review their qualifications, experience, and personal attributes.

Interviews and Trials
We arrange interviews with your selected candidates, allowing you to meet and evaluate them in person. We can also facilitate trial periods so you can see firsthand how well a potential nanny, or other candidate, integrates into your home and interacts with your child(ren).

Placement and Support
Once you've chosen the candidate you wish to hire, we assist with the placement process by negotiating and creating the Employment Agreement and guidance about becoming an employer. Our support continues; we provide follow-up support to ensure the relationship thrives.
