• Finding a high-quality, trustworthy nanny that fits in well with your family can be a very time-consuming and stressful process. We take the stress out of this process by doing the initial interviews, screening, and reference checks before presenting to you for interview only the candidate(s) who would be an excellent match for your family.

We then create an Employment Agreement between you and the candidate you choose to hire. The Agreement very clearly outlines the terms of employment, including, but not limited to, the detailed requirements of the nanny position as well as the salary, vacation days, etc. This way both parties have a clear understanding of what has been agreed.

  • We find nannies for live-out, live-in, full-time, part-time, long and short-term, and travel nanny positions. We do not currently offer temporary or one-off babysitting services.

  • We encourage families to reach out 2-3 months before their ideal start date. This allows us time to complete our process and find the right nanny for your family. This is a guideline and we cannot guarantee a nanny will be place by any specific date.

  • Please visit Our Process page for details.

  • The family becomes the Nanny’s employer and is responsible for paying the nanny as per the terms of the Employment Agreement. The family is responsible for ensuring all the necessary Federal and Provincial Payroll deductions are calculated correctly, deducted from the Nanny's pay, and submitted to the Government as prescribed by law. The family shall also be responsible for providing the Nanny with a T4 slip per calendar year and, when necessary, a Record of Employment. Payroll companies offer these services for as little as $50 per month. Our Commencement and Agency fees are separate and in addition to the nanny’s salary.

  • There are two separate fees. The first is an initial Commencement Fee of $399, plus tax, due upon signing an agreement to have our agency begin the search for a nanny. The second is the Agency Fee, which is due upon signing an Employment Agreement with a successful candidate. The Agency Fee is 14% of the nanny's first year salary, plus tax.

Please view our Fees page for short-term and part-time fees.

  • We understand that sometimes things simply don’t work out. The Employment Agreement includes a three-month probationary period. If during this period, the employment is terminated by either party, on a one-time basis, our Agency will attempt to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost to the family. Should termination of the Nanny’s employment occur because of misrepresentation by the family or breach of the Employment Standards Act and/or Canada Revenue Agency, then the nanny replacement option will no longer be valid.
