Commencement Fee

$399*

This one-time, non-refundable fee is due upon signing our Nanny Placement Agreement outlining our process and commitment to finding you a nanny.

Long-Term Placement Agency Fee 

14% of the Nanny's 1st-year salary*

This one-time, non-refundable fee is payable upon signing a personalized Employment Agreement with the nanny. It is separate from the hourly rate for a Nanny, which is a minimum of $23 gross per hour, based on expertise and experience. There is a minimum Agency Fee of $3950

Short-Term Placement Agency Fee

$1000 per month*

Short-term placements are four months or less. This is separate from the hourly rate for a Nanny, which ranges from $22 -$40+ gross per hour, based on expertise and experience. We require two weeks' written notice when a short-term placement is ending to avoid being charged for an additional month.
